About The Position

Lorenz Clinic is a clinician-owned, psychologist-led behavioral health system that emphasizes clinical depth, autonomy, reflective practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality of care. Psychotherapists work in applied roles providing assessment and intervention to clients, with the freedom to practice within their areas of competence, specialty, or expertise. The clinic serves communities with access disparities; 43% of its client census is Medicaid, and it offers a sliding fee schedule that can go to zero. Clinicians participate in consultation and professional development as part of the clinic’s evidence-based Wellness Roadmap. The role includes providing psychological services such as diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning. Clinicians attend and participate in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other required meetings. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, benefits-eligible W-2 position. The primary in-person worksite is one of Lorenz Clinic’s southwest metro locations in Minnesota, with hybrid flexibility depending on program needs. The compensation hiring range is $116,000–$160,000 per year, depending on qualifications, program fit, caseload, activities, and competencies. The range is $116,000–$140,000 for psychologists primarily providing psychotherapy and $120,000–$160,000 for those primarily providing assessment. A cover letter is required.
