Licensed Psychologist

The Lorenz Clinic•Minneapolis, MN

About The Position

Lorenz Clinic is a clinician-owned, psychologist-led outpatient behavioral health system focused on clinical depth, reflective practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based care. The clinic emphasizes clinical autonomy, collegial support, and professional development, and serves clients across its southwest metro Minnesota locations. The primary in-person worksite is one of the clinic’s suburban locations; hybrid work flexibility may be available depending on program needs. Psychotherapists provide assessment and intervention to clients of varied backgrounds, working within their own areas of competence, specialty, or expertise. Services are delivered in communities with access disparities; the clinic reports that 43% of its client census is Medicaid and that it offers a sliding fee schedule down to zero. Clinicians participate in consultation and continuing professional development as part of the clinic’s evidence-based Wellness Roadmap. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, benefits-eligible W-2 position. The annual compensation hiring range is $116,000–$160,000, depending on qualifications, program fit, caseload, activities, and competencies. The range is $116,000–$140,000 for psychologists primarily providing psychotherapy and $120,000–$160,000 for those primarily providing assessment.
