About The Position

The IMA Group is hiring a Licensed or Clinical Psychologist in Southfield, MI to conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for Veterans. This is an assessment-focused role with no treatment responsibilities, offering a consistent 2-day-per-week schedule on Mondays, Thursdays, or Fridays. The role emphasizes work-life balance with no on-call, evenings, or after-hours work. The IMA Group's Government Services Division supports various government agencies, providing medical and psychological examinations. Their Payer Services Division caters to the evaluation and screening needs of various organizations in different markets, and their Clinical Research Division conducts clinical trials.

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology
• Active, unrestricted Psychologist license
• Experience with psychological evaluations, assessments, or testing
• Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and Veteran assessments
• Perform mental status examinations (MSEs)
• Administer and interpret standardized psychological and IQ testing
• Evaluate psychological and cognitive functioning
• Document clinical findings and prepare detailed evaluation reports
• Complete documentation via a streamlined electronic platform
