About The Position

TTEC is hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to work onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina. The agent helps customers by handling escalated or complex calls, answering questions, researching issues, and consulting on products with compassion. Some upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required. The role contributes to customer experience and team success, with training, individualized coaching, and career-development support provided.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
• Integrity in following guidelines for maintaining members’ privacy.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Research customer questions and resolve customer issues.
• Resolve escalated or complex customer calls.
• Consult customers on products and provide support with compassion.
• Upsell products or services to existing customers when required.
• Follow guidelines for maintaining members’ privacy.
