About The Position

Sutherland is hiring Property and Casualty Insurance Advisors to build strong customer relationships. The role involves receiving inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls to prospects. Advisors collect the information needed to prepare quotes, answer questions, and set clear expectations about products and the sales process. They also verify the accuracy of supporting employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation. Candidates with a record of achieving sales results are considered ideal. The position offers $20 per hour, paid time off, and a 401(k). Sutherland provides financial and educational support for licensing exams, eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits, an employee assistance program, health and wellness programs, and advancement opportunities. Training lasts four weeks, with training hours from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern. Regular schedules begin after 10:30 a.m. Eastern. Operations run seven days a week, with listed hours of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Active property and casualty insurance license.
Basic experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work across multiple screens and systems.
