About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care, including for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare, and serves patients across the lifespan. Team members work remotely from their homes. The role is W-2 and offers a base salary plus bonus. The Monday–Friday schedule has no weekends, with shift options of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time. Spanish fluency qualifies for additional compensation; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and licensure.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• A private work-from-home space that supports patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Meet background and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and use comprehensive assessments.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency is preferred and qualifies for additional compensation.
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
