About The Position
Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The role serves patients across the lifespan and supports access to care through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Therapists work remotely from home and partner with clients to help them achieve their goals. The compensation package includes a base salary and bonus, with additional compensation for bilingual candidates who speak Spanish.
Requirements
- Master's-level degree and licensure.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
- Meet background and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Knowledge of treatment planning.
- Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Ability to use comprehensive assessments.
- Fluency in English.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
