About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including services for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare, and treats patients across the lifespan. The role is fully remote, with employees working from their own homes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Compensation is a base salary of $60,000–$63,000, with an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees. Bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, liability insurance coverage, and an annual stipend for growth and education opportunities.

Requirements

Master's-level degree and licensure.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.
Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
Fluency in English.

Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
