About The Position
We are seeking an Oregon-licensed LPC to provide professional counseling services through telehealth. The role involves direct clinical care for clients presenting with a range of mental health, behavioral, and life-related concerns. The successful candidate will manage an assigned caseload, exercise independent clinical judgment, and maintain the documentation and follow-up required for ongoing treatment. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule within a fully remote care model.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Oregon license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work.
- Comfortable providing services in a telehealth or remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
- Complete client intakes and clinical assessments.
- Establish treatment goals and appropriate care plans.
- Apply evidence-informed counseling interventions within the scope of licensure.
- Evaluate client response to treatment and modify interventions when clinically appropriate.
- Protect client confidentiality and comply with Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements.
