About The Position

Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality, affordable care, including care for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Therapists see patients across the lifespan and work remotely from their own homes. The position is W-2, with a base salary plus bonus compensation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and shift options of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time. Bilingual Spanish candidates receive additional compensation. Applicants must have a private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements, and must meet background and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Master's-level degree and licensure.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
Fluency in English.
Meet background and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
Treatment-planning skills.
Comfort using technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
Ability to use comprehensive assessments.

Nice To Haves

Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
