About The Position

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join a full-time remote team providing telehealth services. The counselor supports clients through ongoing counseling, structured treatment planning, and regular virtual sessions, helping them address mental health concerns, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward achievable treatment goals. The position is based in Connecticut and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary is $115,000 to $120,000 per year.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Connecticut.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Experience providing mental health counseling services.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort with telehealth technology.
• Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver counseling services through telehealth sessions.
• Evaluate client concerns and clinical history.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Document services accurately and on time.
• Review treatment progress and update plans as needed.
• Coordinate care when clinically appropriate.
