About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with nurses matched to a schedule they choose. BAYADA offers onboarding and paid orientation that includes virtual and hands-on training, along with ongoing support and nurse appreciation events. The listed pay range is $26–$28 per hour. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a mutually chosen schedule.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
