LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse
About The Position
Patriots Landing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care and health services to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The LPN addresses residents’ medical conditions and clinical needs and responds to healthcare-related incidents that occur in the community. The role includes medication preparation and administration, pharmacy delivery coordination, clinical documentation, and assistance with residents’ personal care and physical support. This is a full-time day position at an assisted living community, paying $37–$41 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN license.
- Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Nice To Haves
- Dementia and mental health training is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
- Prepare and administer medications according to policy.
- Order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
- Document resident progress notes, treatments, and changes in health status.
- Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.
- Address residents’ medical conditions, clinical needs, and healthcare-related incidents in the community.
