About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services that help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions and assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
