About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality, reliable one-on-one private duty nursing in a client’s home. Clients range from birth to 21 years old. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work a schedule chosen based on their availability. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, or 10 hours, hands-on care with one client, and the opportunity to build relationships while observing client milestones. Scheduling is flexible with no minimums; full-time, part-time, and per diem arrangements are available.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
