Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatrics
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality, reliable care to pediatric clients and their families through private duty nursing in clients’ homes. Nurses provide hands-on, one-on-one care, build relationships with clients, and observe their milestones. Clients range in age from birth to 21 years old. Shifts may be traditional 4-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling based on the nurse’s availability and no minimum scheduling requirements. The nurse travels to one nearby client’s home on a chosen schedule.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide hands-on, one-on-one care to a pediatric client in the client’s home.
