Licensed Practical Nurse Psych Visits PRN
About The Position
Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide behavioral health visits to patients in their homes in towns in the Hartford area. The role offers an alternative to long facility shifts and caring for a large wing of patients, helping clients remain at home. The position is PRN and pays a base rate of $30.26 to $45.00 per hour, based on factors including education, experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings; these are not guaranteed. Full compensation and applicable benefits will be discussed during the interview process. Requirements
- Current LPN license as required by the state.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Positive attitude.
- Dedication to quality patient care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties.
