About The Position
Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide behavioral health visits to patients in their homes in towns in the Hartford area. The role offers an alternative to working a long facility shift or caring for an entire wing of patients, and supports the goal of helping clients remain at home. This is a PRN position. The stated base pay is $30.26 to $45.00 per hour, with actual pay determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. The role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentives; these are not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Current LPN license as required by the state.
- One year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Positive attitude.
- Dedication to quality patient care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties.
