About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Elkhart Meadows, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a rewarding care experience. A $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus is offered, with earning potential of $30–$34 per hour.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
