Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN
About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse oversees medication distribution in accordance with physician orders and the community’s medication management documentation and procedures, with a steadfast focus on resident safety. The nurse assesses residents and creates personalized service plans that meet individual care needs while supporting residents’ independence and dignity. The role also fosters communication among physicians, healthcare providers, and families about residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being; contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives; and participates in ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
