About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services that support patients in attaining or maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions and assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current license or registration in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
