About The Position

The LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions and assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Hold a current license or registration in the applicable state and maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
• Obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and keep it current throughout employment.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.

• One year of skilled nursing experience.
