Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
About The Position
Christian Health is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to work at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care. The role requires understanding and embracing Christian Health’s mission statement and complying with its ASPIRE Standards of Performance. The nursing home’s care team develops individualized care plans and works to support residents’ physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply. The schedule is Monday through Friday and every other weekend, with shifts available from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly rate is $30.00–$41.00, depending on factors such as relevant experience, education, and credentials. A $3.90 differential is offered for second and third shifts, a $2.00 weekend differential, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- New graduate nurses are welcome to apply.
