About The Position
Ahwatukee Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to provide exceptional care to residents in a positive, team-oriented environment. The role offers flexible 12-hour shifts, with day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Requirements
- Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work well in a team, supporting residents and fellow healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating with the care team and families as needed.
- Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
