About The Position
Ahwatukee Post Acute is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care to residents. The role offers 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. CNAs work with a supportive team to promote residents’ comfort and safety. Full-time night-shift CNAs may be eligible for a sign-on bonus paid in installments; details and eligibility are provided during the interview process.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of Arizona.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate with the care team to ensure quality care.
