Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance for every shift. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. A confirmed shift canceled by the facility two hours or less before its start is paid for four hours; with more notice, it is removed from the schedule.
