About The Position
White Oak of Spartanburg is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for its second shift. The role is based at 295 E. Pearl St., Spartanburg, South Carolina. The stated shift is 2:45 p.m.–11:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. The nurse will provide compassionate, person-centered care as part of a supportive nursing team. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach, with high moral integrity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to providing top-quality, person-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care (LTC) experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local LTC regulations.
