About The Position
Altamaha Health Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN applies a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet customers’ needs. The LPN also performs customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to customers’ personal needs and comfort.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
