About The Position

Courtyards Community Living Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, personalized care to residents. The role includes evaluating and delivering care in accordance with physician orders, the plan of care, and the nurse’s scope of practice. The position is full-time, day shift, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The organization describes its mission as reconnecting people to life through compassionate service and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for residents.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
BLS license.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and deliver care, including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily living, as ordered by the physician and outlined in the plan of care, within scope of practice.
Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care consistent with professional standards and facility policies.
Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and the supervisor regarding resident status.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records during the shift on the assigned unit.
Perform other tasks as required.
