About The Position

Pines of Sarasota is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional, compassionate care and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being. The nurse will collaborate with teammates, residents, and families, applying sound clinical judgment to help ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. The role is suited to nurses who value empathy, teamwork, and meaningful connections.

The listed schedule is 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required. Other shifts are also available. Weekend shifts include a $3-per-hour differential. Pay is $28.00–$33.00 per hour, based on experience, and the position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role is regular and permanent and may be full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid Florida LPN license.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of nursing experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Experience in PAM, RRU, ICU, acute care, or post-acute care is a plus.
