PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN (Multiple Shifts)
About The Position
Silverado Bellingham is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide clinical care and compassionate support to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to support residents’ dignity and quality of life in a team-focused environment. The nurse serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians; provides clinical support and assists with daily living activities; monitors residents’ health and maintains accurate care documentation; and helps sustain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This is a PRN (per diem) position, with hours filled in as needed and the potential for different shifts and days. The listed schedule is Sunday through Wednesday. The anticipated pay range is $40–$47 USD.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
- Active LVN/LPN license.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities
