About The Position
Centurion is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients at the Transition Center of Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri. The LPN works within the appropriate scope of practice and under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff, responding to patients’ physical and behavioral health needs. The PRN pay rate is $30.00 per hour, plus shift differentials.
Requirements
- Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- IV certification.
- Active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including passing a drug screen and criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience is not required.
Responsibilities
