About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring an LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 15-year-old male child in a supportive home setting in Rillton, Pennsylvania. The position is full-time and scheduled Monday through Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The nurse will provide personalized, family-centered care and work with the child’s family and care team.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
