About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 1-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position includes paid orientation and training, weekly pay, and access to 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform G-tube care and feedings.
• Follow aspiration precautions.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
