About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 2-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Dormont, Pennsylvania. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring nature, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feeds.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
