About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for an 11-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The position offers an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with the child and family while delivering personalized, family-centered care.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The nurse will provide daily support and clinical care, including assistance with activities of daily living, g-tube care and feedings, trach/vent care, vital-sign monitoring, and medication administration. The role also involves clear, compassionate communication with the care team and family.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities
