Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN (NOC)
About The Position
Silverado Franklin is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical support and compassionate care to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to support residents’ dignity and well-being in a team-focused environment. The nurse serves as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians; supports clinical needs and activities of daily living; monitors residents’ health; and maintains accurate care documentation. The position is full-time on the NOC shift, with variable days and morning coverage as needed. The anticipated pay range is $33–$36 USD.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
- Active LVN/LPN license.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around animals and pets.

- Experience in senior care or memory care settings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
- Provide clinical support and assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
