About The Position

Elkhart Meadows is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents on a PRN basis. The role focuses on promoting residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and building meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ life stories. LPNs create a comforting atmosphere, coordinate with nursing and facility teams, support teamwork, and contribute to a respectful, positive work environment. The position offers earning potential of $30–$34 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
