About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at Hillside Manor, providing compassionate care to elderly residents and supporting their families. The team focuses on resident-centered care and recognizes that residents are individuals who need choices, control, and purpose in life. Duties include providing medical care, taking vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring residents. This is a part-time position at 90% FTE (36 hours per week), with scheduled hours of 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The position requires every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on departmental operational needs.

Requirements

Certificate from an accredited Practical Nurse Program required.
Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
