About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Hillside Manor. The role is part of a team focused on resident-centered care, recognizing that residents are individuals who need choices, control, and purpose in life. The LPN provides compassionate care to elderly patients and supports their families, provides medical care, takes vital signs, administers medications, and monitors residents. This is a part-time position at 90% FTE (36 hours per week), with scheduled hours of 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The position requires working every other weekend and participating in an every-other-holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on department operational needs. UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Relevant work experience will be considered when determining starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, prorated based on FTE.

Requirements

Certificate from an accredited Practical Nurse Program (required).
Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure upon hire (required).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
One year of experience as an LPN (preferred).
