About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford, IL. This position involves providing nursing care overnight according to resident care plans, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and reporting changes. The role also includes documenting nursing care in the PCC electronic charting system, collaborating with RNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality resident care, participating in facility orientation and shadowing as required, and maintaining compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Illinois.
- Ability to work night 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
Responsibilities
