About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse - LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford, IL. This role involves delivering direct nursing care to residents overnight, following established care plans. The nurse will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies. Accurate documentation in the PCC charting system is essential. Collaboration with CNAs and fellow nursing staff is required to ensure safe resident care. Participation in facility orientation, competency training, and shadowing is also part of the role. Maintaining compliance with infection control and safety protocols is crucial.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
- Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work night 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.

- LTC or nursing home experience preferred.
