About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN helps maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the telemetry setting.

This is a full-time night position with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and rotating weekends and holidays. The role is at Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Compensation is estimated at $31.00 to $40.00 per hour. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply and are discussed during the interview process. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate within 90 days of hire and maintenance of current certification.
