About The Position

St. Peter's Health Partners is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at 713 Troy-Schenectady Road in Latham, New York. New LPN graduates are welcome. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on the day shift. The role involves providing nursing care, including health teaching and counseling, finding cases, and providing care that supports or restores health and well-being. The LPN executes medical regimens prescribed by a licensed physician or other licensed health care provider. The position also collaborates with the manager and providers to ensure clinical protocols and processes are followed and that clinical coverage is managed appropriately. Requirements

Current unencumbered New York State LPN license.
Basic Life Support certification.
