About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. The role provides compassionate, high-quality one-to-one care to home-care clients of all ages and diagnoses. Clients may require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. The position offers paid training and shadowing, flexible scheduling, and clinical support around the clock. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts, hands-on care for one client per day, and building relationships while supporting client milestones.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Be CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to home-care clients.
• Deliver hands-on care to clients ranging in age from infants to geriatric adults.
• Provide advanced care, which may include tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Build relationships with clients and support them as they reach milestones.
• Document care using electronic charting through Statewise.
