About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Mercer County Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The position provides one-to-one private duty nursing in clients’ homes, supporting people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. Nurses receive paid training and shadowing, including access to adult and pediatric simulation labs, and have 24/7 on-call clinical support. Cases are matched near the nurse’s home when possible. Scheduling is flexible, with traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours and no minimum hours. Compensation is $32–$35 per hour based on qualifications. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules are available.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Be CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one nursing care to a single client during a shift in the client’s home.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric clients and other clients across age groups, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Provide advanced care, which may include tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Build relationships with clients and observe their milestones.
• Document care using electronic charting through Statewise.
