About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. The office emphasizes delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability, believing that healthcare is best when provided at home. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers extensive paid training to support their nurses.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes.
• Provide advanced care, potentially including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Engage in one-to-one client care.
• Build client relationships and observe their milestones.
• Perform preventive care.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
