About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care in a supportive environment. This position requires attention to patient needs and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure quality healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification is required
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Registered Nurse (RN) candidates are preferred.
- Experience with the American Data ECS charting system is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
- Assist with daily living activities including feeding, positioning, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, including multiple RNs and CNAs, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document patient care and any changes in patient condition using the American Data ECS charting system.
