About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for an 8-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

This is a full-time day-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The nurse will provide direct care, communicate with the family and care team, and receive paid orientation and training along with 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
