About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patient care in the Orthopedic Neurology and Spine medical-surgical setting. The role requires clinical competence within the scope of practice and in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN helps maintain patient safety, provide comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience. This full-time position is based at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, and is scheduled for day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current certification.
